Q: How do I find out the price and how does the payment plan work?

We share unit prices on request: leave your contact and we will send the current price list. Payment is staged and interest-free: 30% on contract, then 30–15–15% tied to construction milestones, and the final 10% on ownership transfer.

Q: When will the project be completed?

Construction is underway; completion of the complex is planned for 2028. Payments are spread across the whole construction period.

Q: What is included in the price?

Units are handed over with full finishing, fitted kitchen and built-in wardrobes as shown in the show unit. Furniture packages are offered separately before the furniture stage payment.

Q: What are the ownership costs?

The management fee is 80 THB per m² monthly, collected by the developer-owned management company, plus a one-time sinking fund of 1,000 THB per m². Utilities are metered: electricity 7 THB per unit, water 50 THB per m3.

Q: Can I visit the show unit?

Yes. A fully furnished one-bedroom show unit (69 m²) is open at the Wallaya Villas sales office in Cherng Talay. We arrange visits daily, or send a detailed video tour if you are not in Phuket.

Frequently asked questions

Can foreigners own a unit in The Liberty?

Yes. Thailand allows foreign freehold ownership for up to 49 percent of the sellable area of a condominium. The remaining units are sold as a 30-year renewable leasehold. Both options are available in The Liberty; the freehold quota costs 10,000 THB per m² extra.
